Our goal is to empower you as an informed buyer. We have helped high-net-worth individuals, private enterprises and large corporations successfully purchase the perfect aircraft for their unique travel requirements.
Why the Phenom Store® is best suited to sell your Phenom
If you are considering the sale of an aircraft, The Phenom Store offers a unique approach to the process, guided by proven success in all market conditions. Our reputation for being truthful and transparent about market realities is what makes us the trusted advisor. Our clients know they can rely on us to provide objective advice that is in their best interest and empowers them to make informed decisions.
The Phenom mentoring program is designed to help pilots to gain experience within their existing qualifications outside of an instructional environment with the support and encouragement of more experienced peers.
We believe in supporting the growth of pilots and as such our Pilot Mentoring Program aims to provide a community of learning, safety, and experience.
The program aims to complement and embed the lessons learned under instruction, though is not an alternative to formal instruction.
WE TEST OUR AIRCRAFT SYSTEM SEVERAL WAYS
Below are a few examples of tests that we do for each main aircraft system
ENGINES
Outside of normal engine operation during the test flight, engine bodes (high speed, rapid power cycles to and from prescribed power settings) and slams (high speed, rapid power applications from idle to max and from max to idle) at various altitudes throughout the flight envelope are completed to test engine control, response, and performance.
ELECTRICAL
Worst case engine starting conditions are introduced to test aircraft electrical components during start. In addition, proper electrical generation and emergency modes are tested to verify system operation with acceptable limits.
FLIGHT CONTROL
Primary and secondary flight controls are activated and evaluated at each end of the operating envelope. From VMO/MMO to 1.3 x Vso - all speed regimes are investigated with thorough use of all flight control systems.
ICE PROTECTION
All ice protection systems are tested. Proper de-ice boot inflation. Fuel system - Fuel gauging, motive flow, electric pumps, and cross-feed capability are all checked. Normal fuel pressures are verified.
HYDRAULIC AND BREAKING SYSTEM
Normal hydraulic system operation is checked including pump operation, overheat protection, accumulator functionality, and operation of all actuators. The landing gear is cycled at maximum operating speeds to confirm normal operation and proper handling qualities. A maximum effort braking evaluation is made on landing.
AIRCRAFT HANDLING QUALITIES ANALYSIS
Worst case engine starting conditions are introduced to test aircraft electrical components during start. In addition, proper electrical generation and emergency modes are tested to verify system operation with acceptable limits.
AVIONICS
All navigation capability, communications radios, transponders, and autopilot functions are fully vetted.
AIRCRAFT HANDLING QUALITIES ANALYSIS
Air source selectors are cycled at altitude to induce single source pressurization for extended periods of time. Flow Control Valve, Pressure Regulating Shutoff Valves, and Outflow Valves are all tested. Cabin dump is also tested to ensure proper system operation. Proper air temperature and flow through all cabin vents is verified.
MANAGEMENT
General aviation is a heavily regulated industry by the FAA. The Phenom Store understands that private jet ownership can be cumbersome to aircraft owners, especially from the maintenance, compliance, and administrative aspects. We offer high-quality, completely custom, aircraft management services to private and corporate jet owners operating aircraft for personal or professional use under Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 91. By partnering with the Phenom Store and utilizing our Part 91 license, you can enjoy aircraft ownership without all the inconveniences.
We manage the day-to-day operations of your aircraft. including:
Preparing, refueling, and maintaining your aircraft
Record keeping for inspections, bulletins, & FAA compliance
Performing regular aircraft maintenance and avionics repairs
DELIVERY SERVICES
The delivery day flight test will be completed by one of our expert test pilots. All our test pilots hold extensive engineering and technical backgrounds.
The typical acceptance test flight is comprised of approximately 16 pages of checklist items. The flight is broken up into systems evaluation, handling qualities, and performance validation components.
PRE-DELIVERY
There can be hundreds of steps a future owner has to take prior to taking delivery of his or her jet. From signing up for post-delivery product support programs to coordinating with the FAA to ensure Reduced Vertical Separation Minima (RVSM) approval is in place prior to delivery, The Phenom Store can help. You don't have to go at it alone. We've helped hundreds of owner’s transition to their “new” Phenom and can help you avoid both the common and not so common pitfalls.it.

AIRCRAFT PERFORMANCE VALIDATION
One of the most important parts of the acceptance flight is to ensure that the Client's jet is doing everything it has been advertised to do. During your acceptance flight, your test pilot will use a methodical series of tests to verify that your Phenom meets or exceeds aircraft performance as listed in the Airplane Flight Manual (AFM). The tests include performance tests for takeoff, climb, cruise, and landing.
Depending on the phase of flight, we have created a method to systematically evaluate true aircraft performance against the performance outlined in the AFM.
AIRCRAFT SYSTEM VALIDATION
Your jet is a fantastically complicated machine that takes, in some cases, over a year to build with thousands of components that must work in harmony to safely transport you from one location to another. There are three times when mechanical systems typically fail: When they are very new, when they are very old, or after they have been recently maintained.
As a result, we have developed a battery of system tests to ensure that your aircraft is 100% functional from the day it arrives.
DELIVERY DAY TECHNICAL INSPECTION
The technical inspection, which takes place on the ground, covers over 800 items on the aircraft. Our paint inspection reveals many types of flaws including scratches, nipples, overspray, orange peel, and dull areas. In many cases, we have had entire aircraft wings and fuselages completely repainted due to deficiencies in the paint.
Our interior inspection reveals marks and soiling of materials, misplaced insulation, and misaligned panels. Systems validation not possible in flight is conducted on the ground, together with a structural appraisal of key components.
